About the Program
Your Gear Is Here is a partnership between Elizabethtown Tourism and Elizabethtown Parks & Recreation designed to make it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy our parks, no equipment required.
If you’re visiting one of our parks and want to fish, play tennis or pickleball, golf, or take part in other recreational activities but don’t have the necessary gear, we’ve got you covered. Equipment such as clubs, rackets, balls, and fishing rods with tackle boxes are available to be checked out at no cost.
This program helps remove barriers to participation and allows visitors to travel lighter while still enjoying everything our parks have to offer.
Equipment Checkout Guidelines
- Participants must be 17 years of age or older to check out equipment
- Anyone under 17 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supervising adult
- A valid photo ID is required at the time of checkout
