Enjoy fall break close to home with the Elizabethtown Parks & Recreation Department's Fall Play in the Park Series! Each morning during fall break, families can enjoy a different free pop-up activity featuring crafts, games, community partners and more.
Activities will take place Monday, October 5 through Friday, October 9 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or while supplies last. Locations vary throughout the week, so be sure to review the daily schedule below before heading out.
All activities are free. Registration is encouraged to help us prepare enough supplies for everyone.

Tuesday – Bookmarks & the Panther Prowler
Freeman Lake Park – Oasis Playground | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Climb aboard the Panther Prowler and create your own DIY bookmark! The bus will be parked adjacent to the Oasis Playground. Participants will rotate onto the bus in small groups, so families are welcome to enjoy the playground while waiting for their turn.
Wednesday – Pumpkin Painting
Freeman Lake Park – Williams Pavilion | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Get creative and paint your own pumpkin to take home! Please wear clothes that can get messy. We also recommend bringing something to place your pumpkin on for the ride home in case the paint is still wet.
