Mike Carroll Soccer Complex is the home of the Elizabethtown Youth Soccer Association (EYSA) and serves as a central hub for youth soccer in the community. The complex includes five lighted, full-size soccer fields that can be configured into smaller fields to accommodate different age groups and programming needs. EYSA operates the league and manages day-to-day use of the facility in partnership with the City of Elizabethtown Parks & Recreation Department.

The complex also includes a playground, restrooms, and concession facilities, and serves as a trailhead for the Billy Creek Trail, which connects to the Elizabethtown Sports Park.

The Elizabethtown Youth Soccer Association offers a variety of programs, including a recreational league for ages 2–18, the Flames Soccer Club select program, and TOPSoccer, which provides opportunities for children with physical or developmental disabilities.
