Consumer fireworks may be executed on very special days throughout the year, including
Memorial Day
July 3, July 4 & July 5
Labor Day
between the hours of 10:00am and 12:00am
December 31
between the hours of 10:00am through 12:30am on January 1
Any person wishing to use, ignite, fire or explode consumer fireworks any other day or time must notify the city's Fire Department and receive express permission. Email or call (270)765-2121.
All public/commercial fireworks require permitting. Please email to request a public/commercial fireworks permit.
