The Outdoor Music Venue project consists of 43 acres of green field development to support a variety of events, shows, and community activities, located at 600 Commerce Drive in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The scope of the project includes an 11,788 SF artist support building and an 11,788 SF performance support building on either side of the main performance platform. Additional freestanding structures to support events include administration, concessions, and restroom buildings. The seating area includes space for 4,000 chairs with a lawn area capable of seating 6,000 people for a total capacity of 10,000 people. Also included is a significant landscape and hardscape design which will bring over 500 indigenous tress to the property and provide a park-like atmosphere for events throughout the year.
