These two projects will provide a standalone restroom building for users of the park at the North end (Ring Road entrance) of Freeman Lake. Additionally, a parking lot expansion will provide a new, safer entrance and exit to the park from Ring Road, new pavement for the entire lot, additional parking spaces, as well new landscaping and improved trail connectivity.
