The extension of Commerce Drive includes a new connection from existing Commerce Drive, at its current terminus at Sutton Lane, South to Springfield Road. This will be a three-lane, curb-and-gutter street with a 5-foot sidewalk on the East side of Commerce Drive, a 10-foot multi-use asphalt path on the West side, and new streetlighting.
