The Board of Zoning Adjustment is established under state law and the Elizabethtown Zoning Ordinance to consider Conditional Use Permits, Variances and Administrative Appeals under the procedures of the Zoning Ordinance. The five-member citizen board utilizes the guidelines of the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the standards as established by KRS 100 to render its decisions.
