The Parks and Recreation Department, working with many local citizens, offers a full range of summer activities, some having nominal charges.
These activities include:
- Youth baseball, football, softball and soccer
- Adult softball
- Golf/swimming lessons
- Youth and Adult Tennis programs
- Fishing, boating, hiking and disc golf

The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of recreation facilities that are marked below with an asterisk (*):
